My Story

I started Ibneiah Consultancy with one mission in mind: to strengthen the bridge between the diaspora, Africa, and the Caribbean – not just in words, but through real business, cultural, and economic exchange.

Born and raised in the UK with deep Caribbean roots, I’ve always lived between worlds. That unique perspective showed me how powerful we are when we connect – across borders, across generations, and across the diaspora. But I also saw the gaps: in opportunity, in access, and in representation. My consultancy was born to fill those gaps and to champion a new kind of leadership – one rooted in community, cultural identity, and global ambition.

As CEO of Entec Capital Corp UK, I also lead investments and strategic projects in mining, infrastructure, and renewable energy across Africa, the Caribbean, and South America. My work in these sectors is driven by a vision of sustainable development, economic sovereignty, and long-term transformation for our regions. Entec is not just a capital partner – we are a catalyst for bold ideas and impactful ventures that centre local empowerment and global innovation.

With a background in banking, entrepreneurship, and cross-continental relationship-building, I’ve worked with startups across Africa, the Caribbean, and the US, securing millions in funding and helping them scale. I’ve developed programmes for aspiring entrepreneurs, coached founders, organised global networking events, and advised organisations looking to enter or grow within African and Caribbean markets. From tech to agriculture, policy to innovation – I work at the intersection of vision and impact.

But beyond the strategy and execution, I’m deeply passionate about people. Whether it’s mentoring young changemakers, building diaspora networks, or amplifying overlooked voices – my work is personal. Through Ibneiah  Consultancy, I partner with individuals, businesses, and governments to drive meaningful, measurable transformation that honours our heritage and builds for our future.

This is more than consultancy – it’s a movement to reshape how we connect, collaborate, and create across the global Black experience. I’m proud to lead it, and I invite you to join me.
